You may return new unused and none personalised items within 14 days for a full refund.
Unfortunately, any items that have been personalised to a specific requirement can’t be resold due to a bespoke element, therefore we will not be able to refund the item.
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings or real body jewellery unless the items are faulty or damaged.

In the unfortunate event you have received a faulty item, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Depending on the fault we will offer you a replacement or refund. Please note we cannot offer refunds on faults that have occurred due to misuse or due spelling mistakes that you have made when placing the order.
